Scope​

This accessibility statement applies to the entire offering of Dmitry Dugarev:

It is based on the requirements of the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG, German Accessibility Strengthening Act) as well as the harmonized standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1.

Compliance status​

Our accessibility measures are based on the internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) at conformance levels A and AA. We continuously review our offering to meet the requirements defined in these guidelines as fully as possible.

Web application (app.dolmidesk.com)​

Based on our internal review, the web application is compliant with WCAG 2.2 at levels A and AA. Accessibility was part of the development process from the very beginning: the application is fully operable by keyboard, uses visible focus indicators, semantic structures, and sufficient contrast, and is designed for use with screen readers.

We review changes again before publishing them. If you nevertheless encounter a barrier, please let us know — we'll fix it as quickly as possible.

Website (dolmidesk.com)​

To the best of our current knowledge and based on an internal self-assessment, most areas of our website are already compliant with WCAG 2.2 at levels A and AA. In a few individual respects, accessibility can still be improved — particularly for complex interactive elements. We're continuously working on the corresponding optimizations.

For our location in Germany, the Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen (MLBF, Joint Market Surveillance Authority of the Länder for the Accessibility of Products and Services) is responsible. This authority monitors compliance with statutory requirements in the field of accessible information technology, including in the context of the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG).

Preparation of this accessibility statement​

This statement was prepared on November 16, 2024 and last updated on July 24, 2026 — with the inclusion of the web application within its scope. In doing so, we followed the requirements of the BFSG and WCAG 2.2 levels A and AA.

The review was carried out by way of a self-assessment based on internal audits and user tests — for both the website and the web application. An external review by third parties has not yet taken place.

We conduct our own regular reviews to determine the current state of accessibility and to respond promptly to changes.
